    Is Bayer Advanced Natria Insect, Disease and Mite Control harmful to bees?
    A

    Bayer Advanced Natria Insect, Disease and Mite Control can kill insects on contact because it contains natural Pyrethrins. The product is reduced risk but we would recommend spraying when bees are not active in the area.

    The label says use a 7-14 day schedule. What does that mean?

    Is the Bayer Advanced Natria Insect, Disease and Mite Control photo toxic to plants? Do I have to wash it off before the lights come back on?

    Bayer Advanced Natria Insect, Disease and Mite Control is safe to apply on roses, flowers, listed fruit and nut trees, vegetables, vine plants, ornamentals and lawns. If used as directed on the product label, it will be safe to apply. We are not sure what you are treating for so we recommend that you speak to the manufacturer regarding your application.     Bayer Advanced Natria Insect, Disease and Mite Control could potentially harm bees if they were to come into contact with a treated area. It is suggested to apply when they are not actively foraging to reduce the chances of harming them.

    Is Bayer Advanced Natria Insect, Disease and Mite Control safe for my fruit trees?
    I got Natria rose and garden over spray on my fruit tree, what should I do?

    Bayer Advanced Natria Insect, Disease and Mite Control is safe to use on the following fruit trees on home lawns and gardens, per the product label: 

    Almond, apple, cherry, citrus, filbert, nectarine, peach, pear, plum, prune, walnut

    We would not recommend eating the fruit that was sprayed from other trees not listed on this label. You could also call Bayer Advanced at 877-229-3724 if you have further questions about the effect on specific fruit trees.

    Can Bayer Advanced Natria Insect, Disease and Mite Control be applied to citrus trees with fruit at night if temp to be in 70's
    The following day weather will be in the 90's, sunny . I have a scale and ant infestation on my orange tree. can I also use fish emulsion fertilizer at the same time to treat the scale?

    Bayer Advanced Natria Insect, Disease and Mite Control cannot be applied when temps reach over 90 degrees. Fish emulsion can be used at the same time. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

    Can you use Bayer Advanced Natria Insect, Disease and Mite Control on St. Augustine grass?
    We have some small insects flying out and above our yard at times. We also have some brown patches. I was told this could be used on St. Augustine grass, but can not find anything to say that it truly can be used on grass.

    Can Bayer Advanced Natria be safely used on potted herbs such as basil and mint?

    Bayer Advanced Natria is not labeled to be used on herbs, so we would not recommend this application. You could use Bonide Neem Oil RTU on herbs, houseplants, vegetables, etc.

    We are sorry to hear that. We do carry Bayer Advanced 3in1. It is not a "natural" product, but acts the almost the same as Bayer Advanced Natria Insect, Disease and Mite Control.

    The Ultra Pure Oil is a concentrate product that you dilute with water. Since the instructions are extensive for the pests you listed on the label, it will be easiest if you follow the link HERE to the product label and look at the bottom right chart and info on page 3 which should pertain to the dilution and application rates for your needs.

    Is it safe to use Bayer Advanced Natria Insect, Disease and Mite Control on indoor cyclamen plants?
    Moved to a new house and now my beloved, and always flourishing, indoor potted Cyclamen Plant has some sort of tiny dark bug visible to naked eye and lots of little yellowish-white 'hairs' that I guess to be the eggs or juvenile form of the dark bugs. They all come off easy when I wipe them off leaves and flowers and stems, but are in the inner parts of plant and top of soil as well and not so easy to clean off of there. Some leaf growth is minorly distorted, flowers quit coming in (but plant may also be going dormant for summer as well).

    Can Bayer Advanced Natria Insect, Disease and Mite Control be used on St Augustine grass for chinch bugs?
    A

    Bayer Advanced Natria Insect, Disease and Mite Control is not labeled for chinch bugs nor for lawn application.  Talstar PL Granules are one of the most effective chinch bug treatments on the market, and can safely be applied to St. Augustine grass. Chinch bugs can be one of the most difficult pests to control in grasses and the highest applications rates will be required to control populations that contain both nymphs and adults during the summer. It may also be necessary to remove the thatch layer if it exceeds 1 inch in thickness to allow the Talstar granules to penetrate down to the soil.  You may also want to take a look at our Chinch Bug Control Guide for more tips and information on doing a complete treatment.
