Can Bora-Care with Mold-Care be used on concrete?

On one of the other Q&As, you said that Bore-Care with Mold-Care can only be used on wood and not concrete. However, the product description lists concrete under "Surfaces". Can you please confirm if it is okay to use this product to treat mold growing on a concrete wall? Thanks!
