Can Drexel Chlorpyrifos 15G be used on residential lawns to control rid fall armyworms? If so, what is the rate per 1000 sq ft?

Drexel Chlorpyrifos 15G is not labeled to be used on lawns at all as it is more for agricultural crop areas.  As an alternative for lawn use Talstar Xtra is a great option.
