Can fert-lome triple action be used on willow trees?

I have a willow tree that has what i think are wasps will this product help?

Yes, Ferti-lome Tree and Shrub Systemic Insect Drench can be used on willows. This type of application will not help with wasp control in the tree. We recommend treating nests with our Wasp Control Kit
