You can use a liquid like Repels-All Liquid Concentrate or a granule repellent for the rabbits and it can help to keep dogs away from the area. That being said, repellents are hit or miss with domestic animals as some behaviors are learned, so if your dog is a known digger it might not keep them out of the area.
