    Can the Capstar Tablets for Dogs and Cats, be crushed and mixed with milk?

    According to the manufacturer, Capstar Tablets for Dogs and Cats can be crushed up and given to the dog/cat as long as the whole tablet is given and consumed by the animal.

    Can I break the 57.0 mg of Capstar Tablets for Dogs and Cats in half and give half to each of my 20 pound dogs?

    According to the manufacturer, Capstar Tablets for Dogs and Cats has to be given to the dog/cat as it comes and cannot be cut in half.

    No mention anywhere to how long this actually last or is that the catch here?

    Capstar Tablets for Dogs 2 - 25 Ibs begins working within 30 minutes. In studies, CAPSTAR achieved greater than 90% effectiveness against adult fleas on dogs within 4 hours and cats within 6 hours. It does not last more than 24 hours.
