No, Celsius WG Herbicide is not safe to be used on Kentucky Bluegrass, it for use on warm season grasses only. You may want to consider something like Q4 Plus Turf Herbicide instead. Pre-emergents are applied in spring and fall dependingo n your area. You may consider signing up for our turf box, as it would send you pre-emergents when needed & for your lawn size to prevent some of the weeds from growing. Then in late spring/summer you can use a post-emergent to kill off the weeds that did germinate.
Monkey grass is kind of hard to kill once established but caution should still be taken. Unfortunately, Celsius WG Herbicide is not labeled to be safe nor to harm monkey grass and it is labeled to kill some perennial grasses.
