Compost Bins

A good compost container allows for airflow, easy access or method for turning the pile (mixing it up) and an open, removable, or hinged side that will make removal of the final compost easy. Some counties may require containers for backyard composting, since they containers help keep the decomposing materials from becoming unsightly or offensive to neighbors. There are several shapes and types of containers available, so choose the best one that will work for you, fit in your yard, and be the easiest for you to use.
