You can use Crossbow Specialty Herbicide to kill Eucalyptus or tallowwood trees by basal bark or stump applications. Trees with diameters larger than 6 to 8 inches should be cut to stumps, then treated with Crossbow as a stump application per the product label. If you are trying to avoid harming the trees, it is best to avoid allowing drift or overspray to contact the trees or root system.
Crossbow Specialty Herbicide - 2, 4-D & Triclopyr should not be used to treat aquatic weeds as it is highly toxic to aquatic organisms. We do carry Aqua Star that is labeled for phragmites.
Crossbow Specialty Herbicide is not specifically labelled for bittersweet. We would recommend Bonide Grass Beater Over-The-Top Grass Killer. It is labeled for bittersweet and various other weeds. This product can be used in vegetable gardens, groundcovers, flower beds and in shrubs/trees. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
