Larry from Waxhaw writes

Is this product taken up into the roots of plants.

I sprayed this on my garden and then read immediately afterwards that its not to be used on food plants. I immediately heavily washed down the plants and fruits with a sprayer head. Will they be safe to eat?

Answer:

Imidacloprid is one of the active ingredients in Bayer Advanced 3-in-1 Insect Disease & Mite Control Concentrate which can work systemically through the roots. Usually when the product is washed immediately you could still save your food plants but because of the active ingredients we recommend to contact Bio Advanced at 877-229-3724.
