    Q
Why do you charge $40 plus shipping when this is available locally (Home Depot and Lowe's) for about $12/ bag?
    A

We do offer free shipping on this and all of our other products.  It is true that sometimes some of the products we currently are available at local brick and mortar stores for a better price. We carry the products because of high customer demand, especially for our more rural customers who have a hard time finding these products locally. Brick and mortar stores require you to use your time and gas to drive to the store, your time to search for the product and purchase it and then your gas money and time to drive home. When you order with us it takes but a moment to place your order and within a few days your order shows up at your door, hassle free. In cases like this you must decide how valuable your time is and how much gas you would use to drive back and forth to determine which is the better deal for you.
