The Birchmeier Gasket Set Pump & Tank Repair Kit (10855901)is a gasket set for pumps and tanks. It's a replacement part for worn out or damaged gaskets of Birchmeier backpack sprayers. It's a repair kit Flox 2.5 gallon and the Iris 4 gallon backpack sprayers. The kit includes 5 O-rings and 4 gaskets that can be used immediately. Gaskets should be replaced annually to extend sprayer life and to reduce or prevent unit downtime. An all-Viton repair kit is also available.

*NOTE: Birchmeier Sprayer Lid Gasket (14412901) is not included in this repair kit.

Gasket Set

I haven't physically used the product yet, but it arrived on time, securely packaged and as advertised. I have used this vendor in the past and will continue to so so.

Birchmeier Resurrection

I bought an old Birchmeier off Craig's List that had been run into the ground. I stripped it down, cleaned everything, lubed up the piston and installed all new washers and seals. It may still be ugly but it sprays like its brand new thanks to DMOPC.
