Product Overview

Organocide by Organic Laboratories is a 3-in-1 Garden Spray RTU, it works as a Fungicide, Insecticide, and Miticide. Effective for use on all stages of small soft bodied insects including the eggs, larvae, and nymphs as well as listed fungal diseases. Safe to large and beneficial insects such as beetles, bees, butterflies and ladybugs. Formulated from all natural sesame and edible fish oils, for use in organic gardening but also safe to use around your children, pets and home! Due to it's superior suffocating action on small, soft bodied insects, Organocide is heavier and more effective than other petroleum based horticultural oils. Do not apply when temperatures exceed 95 degrees. This product is safe enough to spray up to harvest time and replaces many “hard” synthetic pesticides. For use on fruits, vegetables, nuts, herbs, vine crops, spices, greenhouse crops, ornamentals, turfgrass, bulbs, flowers, landscape plants, and field crops. Safe for use indoors.  EPA exempt and OMRI Certified. Ready to use formula.

Target Pests: Organocide 3-in-1 Spray kills the eggs, larvae, and nymphs of insects and the adult stages of over 25 soft bodied insects including (but not limited to) aphids, citrus rust mites, leaf-rollers, mealy bugs, scale insects, spider mites, thrips, whiteflies, and hemlock wooly adelgid. Organocide 3-in-1 Spray controls certain fungal diseases such as (but not limited to) powdery mildew, downy mildew, black spot on roses,  helminthosporium and greasy spot.

Directions: Spray leaves and stems of plants making sure tops and bottoms are covered. Spray until the solution runs off the tips of the leaves. For best results, shake occasionally to keep active ingredients suspended.

Plant Compatibility: When used as directed, Organocide 3-in-1 Spray has an unusually high degree of safety to most plants. However, some plants in the Euphorbia family (Crown of Thorns, Poinsettia) have shown some sensitivity. If in doubt, test first on a small area of foliage to determine plant safety.

Q
Does Organocide 3-in-1 Garden Spray RTU prevent/eradicate rust on rose bushes?
A

The Organocide 3-in-1 Garden Spray RTU is not labeled to control rust on rose bushes. We would recommend the Bayer Advanced All in One Rose & Flower Care which will control rust as well as other diseases, and provide insect control and fertilization to the flowers in one easy to use product. Please see the product label for complete treatment instructions.

Q
Will Organocide 3-In-1 Garden Spray RTU kill chiggers or their larva?
A

Organocide 3-in-1 Garden Spray RTU is not labeled for chiggers at all.  Onslaught is a great product for chigger control. Treatments for chiggers should begin in April/May and could need to continue through the summer as new chiggers move into the area. Treating the entire lawn is of little benefit because chiggers avoid direct sunlight and normally will not infest areas that are mowed or otherwise well maintained. Focus treatment on the unkempt areas of the lawn and lawn edge. You can also use Onslaught to do a barrier treatment around the outside of your home and in your crawl space to stop pests from moving indoors.
