    Q
We have a roach problem and pest control came and sprayed wasp-freeze all over kitchen.
I read that this should not be used indoors. Is it harmful to us that he sprayed it in kitchen along baseboards and cracks? What are the dangers we could face from the indoor application of wasp-freeze?
    A
Wasp Freeze Aerosol is for outdoors use only. Since it was used for off label use, we recommend contacting the manufacturer Whitemire at 800-777-8570. For roach control we recommend using one of our Roach control kits.

    Q
Wasp nest under outside door jam. We have sprayed with a product 4 xs under jam but it doesn't seem to reach.
Will Wasp Freeze product "get" them?
    A
Wasp Freeze is a product that will kill wasps if they are sprayed mid-air or on contact; however for long-term results, it works best on exposed nests that you can spray directly. If you see where they are entering, we recommned that you use a hand duster and apply a dust such as Tempo dust to the holes where the wasps are going in and out. The dust will help eliminate the wasps in the nest and any other wasps returning to the nest. Tempo dust will stay effective for several months as long as it is dry. After dusting in the void where the wasps have a built a nest you can try spraying the siding and area around the door jam with a product such as Talstar P. You can spray once a month and any wasp that lands on treated areas will be eliminated within about 24 hours which should stop new wasps from being able to build a nest.

    Q
Is it safe to use inside house?
yellow jacket our inside my ceiling will they die off over the winter?
    A

Wasp Freeze Aerosol is for outdoors use only. Nests in ceiling areas  are best treated by drilling into the infested void and injecting the nest with Tempo 1% Dust.

    1) Locate the nest. If you are not sure exactly where the nest is located, use a listening device to hone in as close as possible to the exact location.

    2) Drill small holes directly into the nest from inside of the structure. If it is not possible to drill from the inside, the drilling can be done outside. If you do this, be sure to leave any outside entrance holes open until the beginning of fall when hatching is sure to be completed. Then the entrance may be sealed to prevent further nest establishment.

    3) Apply Tempo 1% Dust liberally using a Centrobulb Duster (for easier application)

    4) Seal any inside holes.

    5) Repeat in 3 to 4 months to control for newly hatched yellow jackets.

    Q
Will Wasp Freeze work on biting meat bees when we can't find the nests?
Elevation is 5500. in late July - Sept we can't go outside or BBQ because of 1,000 of these biting bees. What works to kill them on the spot? They are everywhere. Don't want something that is harmful to our dogs. Thanks
    A

PT Wasp Freeze II Aerosol - 17.5 oz can be used for meat bees to kill on contact if sprayed directly.  It would be best to use when dogs are not in the area to be accidentially sprayed or contact the product.
