Love this to keep my chickens off my lanai. Sensor is tricky but this is a God send product for me since I let the Hens free range. I think a Battery should be included with the purchase.

Like other reviews said, have to make sure connections don't leak but seems to be fine and so far haven't even sprayed myself (did get the front window though)

My koi pond is finally safe from our resident heron. I have 3 - one also for blueberry patch to keep deer and birds out and one for backup. Great customer service and replacement parts available. Wish stake was longer - put mine in clay pots filled with gravel. Very sensitive - breeze on plant material sets it off. It is plastic - no problem, but if heavier might stay in place easier. My deer get accustomed to anything! But not this!

I have used this motion activated deterrent for many years! I wear them out!! I have two set up to face the woods where the deer approach my gardens. They're by far the most effective methods!!

So far so good...after making the required adjustments in sensitivity, not one eaten hosta and.... I think we've solved the cat poop problem along the foundation of the house...the only problem so far is the adjustment for spray distance... it slips out of adjustment from vibration of sprinkler...

First off shipping was fast. I set the sprinkler up and the problem disappeared immediately. Pros: Sprinkler scares away animals even if they are not near it just from its sudden sound. Whenever a hot car drives by it sometimes goes off and I see all the neighbor cats jump to attention. Cons: It is sensitive to changes in heat so on a hot day the yard gets hot and heat rises in front of the sensor and when the wind blows the sprinkler goes off. During the day I have to set it at 7 and I turn it to 8 at night to cover the whole yard.

Motion portion works as advertised, but the actual sprinkler head adjustment will not stay in lowest position. Have two others from 1 year ago and the sprinkler mechanism (though the same) seems to be of better quality. Would not recommend buying this product as others are available.

Keeps neighbor dogs off our property. Really works without doing harm to animal. For larger area you will need more then one though.

I should have gotten this a long time ago. It only took a few nights before the racoons got the message. This product is amazing, and I wish I got it sooner!

We had a problem with the neighbor's cats using my wife's garden as a toilet. A week of using the Scarecrow trained them to stay away. Good thing too, I couldn't take much more of her harping on me about it. Instructions are clear, follow them to success! Be sure to turn the sensitivity knob to zero when working in front of it. Or don't and let your spouse walk in front it, good times!

I got the ScareCrow Sprinkler to keep my cats in their own yard. We have a hugh oak they would climb to get in my neighbor's yard. This has stopped that!

They work excellently well! They keep Herons and Raccoons away from our Koi and turtle pond. Unfortunately, they don't seem to deter republicans or those pesky folks who come around on weekends wanting us to worship the way they do lest we go some mythical place they call "hell". Strange people, who seem to think that God has rules about how one should pray. Other than those failings these devices work as advertised. I have been using these sprayers for a number of years; they last about 5 and then need to be replaced. Not bad for something of this sort. Your prices and prompt shipping will have me using you again!

ScareCrow is the best purchase we have made in a long time. We have Koi and lost one of them due to a King Fisher. Then we discovered ScareCrow and all 11 Koi are still swimming happily and safe in their pond. We definitely give this great product a thumbs up. It was easy to install and everything we read to purchasing has proven to be true. Thank You ScareCrow for helping us save our Koi...

My problem is with groundhogs. They ate all my seedlings down to nothing immediately after planting. I replanted and installed the ScareCrow. The scarecrow worked great for about 6 weeks. After that the groundhog(s) learned that it was only getting wet and to him/her it was well worth the price for some delicious veggies. This product probably works great for everything else but it didn't work for me for very long.

We have a pond next to our back yard and ducks have recently started invading us. The ScareCrow worked for about 20 minutes and then the ducks just ignored it and kept coming on our property. We have tried different locations and settings. Nothing seems to make any difference. This device may work for other animals, but not for ducks.

The system works great. My husband was looking for something that would be both efficient and effective to deter a night marauder from digging in our garden. An area cat also found the garden appealing as a cat box (gross!). We installed the ScareCrow to monitor the garden over night and all are problems were solved! It even keeps the dog from peeing on the corners of our garden box (Bonus!).

fun to play with,- you really should read their instructions first, and put on the stickers. if possible, all four corners of your house should have one. In my case, one corner is too close to neighbors. I sent email to the maker for info on extension pipes - no response. reduced sensitivity to exclude street traffic and wind in trees. it works for dogs, cats, and neighbors. have not noticed any more deer damage yet.

I bought the ScareCrow Sprinkler. and I love it. My Neighbor told me about it when he got his. and I put mine up once I got it. I use it to keep the damn animals out of my flower bed's . they came over and would shit in the flower beds and toss the dirt out trying to cover there shit.. No longer they don't come back.. FINALLY... Something that works.. I will be sure to let every one know about it and where to get it from.

Works perfectly!! Neighbors dog stopped making "pit-stops" after only a couple of times. NOW , even if I have the scarecrow off or disconnected, he sees it and goes AWAY from my property. I have moved it several times, so that it "appears" a little different a few times a week. Even the digging squirrls have left my property - EXCELLANT = no more holes in my lawn.

I've had the Scare Crow for a little over a month now and the short answer is it works! Now the details: I have a cat problem! Its not that I don't like them, it's that they spray, poop, and fight each other, and I guess I'm the ring master. I've tried all the deterrence, red pepper and all the other smells that don't work. So I installed the Scare Crow and cleaned my garden of poop, i.e. the cat box! Each morning at about the same time the Scare Crow would go off. This went on for about a week. I inspected the cat box, (carefully) :$, and no poop. Hurray whatever is growing that should smell nice!!! You will need to tighten the hose to the Scare Crow a couple of times to stop the leaks but with a good garden hose that can stand the nonstop pressure and in my case in AZ the heat you will see results. Oh and as a bonus in my case no Dove Crap on my patio. If I can review again I'll post the results after a year of ownership.

I have 6 SFG raised beds, no fence with 2 scarecrows standing guard and haven't lost a plant yet. The deer graze around the garden but don't go in. My neighbor has 1 pointed at his driveway to keep the JW's out; it must be working because he is still an atheist. I just bought 2 more to expand my garden and plan on buying many more.

Absolutely the best purchase I have made in animal deterrent! A lady has been walking her dog and letting it poop in my yard everyday when I am at work. Also the neighborhood cats love my bark dust also. So everyday I come home my yard smells and there are several messes. I tried everything from over the counter and natural methods to rat traps! Nothing worked ! I purchased the scarecrow and for the first time in months my yard has no mess and smells great when I come home ! No more poop! It was easy to hook up I had it up and going in about ten minutes. The scarecrow is like having an armed gaurs with a water machine gun! And it waters my yard at the same time! Absolutely the solution !!!! I highly recommend this product to anyone with a similar problem. Five stars

Works great, once issue of water dripping from vertical pipe. All fittings had continuous drips until I added Teflon tape to the male side of the fitting. The vertical pipe's washer was too small and had to be replace with larger washer to stop the drips. Once done all worked fine. It's an excellent deterrent to door to door salesmen also! Overall, your product gets a 4-1/2 out of 5 rating. I would recommend to all.

Seems to be working well. The neighbor says her dog is scared to go near our front yard now when she walks him--good! Operates just as promised--even the distance and sensitivity. Would have liked a sturdier, longer spike to hold steady when ground becomes wet.

I recently purchased the sprinkler about a month ago. I think it works great. It senses most animals...and people... from quite a distance. It even sprays when cars are driving on the road nearby. A downside to this is the battery lasts only about a month. The only problem is that the sprinkler has a hard time detecting smaller animals like baby bunnies. I watch out the window and see the bunnies gorging themselves on my lilies while the sprinkler sits idly by. I have the sprinkler set at about 3 yards away from the garden and the sensitivity is up to 7. Overall, this purchase is definitely worth it. Most rabbits have now left my lilies alone and are now after some of my other plants, so I may soon have to purchase another sprinkler!!

We've had to replant our flower beds twice in the past 3 years - at thousands of dollars in expense - and the deer keep destroying them. Tried everything: deer repellents, human hair, cayenne pepper spray, soap spray - nothing worked. Deer still walked through nightly, in herds sometimes, eating everything in sight. We bought a scarecrow last month - and the DEER are GONE. Roses we thought were dead are covered with blooms! Shrubs covered with new growth. We never post reviews. But this is a great product - effective, humane, and inexpensive. It evens sounds like a rattle snake at night! We just ordered two more.

For the first time in years, our garden is growing unmolested by the critters. I was skeptical, but this thing really works, and I'd recommend it to all who have problems with animals in their garden areas. And the best part; no harm to anything: it's just water!

It works as designed. We wish that the water spray can be adjust lower as we have it in the front yard of our home and have to aim at ~20ft away from the window. Oh! It was so funny to watch HD video clips from the security camera and saw the cats, the possums perform their dance in the water in the middle of the night.

My shrubs are reviving after being attacked by a family of deer. I did not have any problems at all with installation or any leakage. I turn the scarecrow on at night and shut it off during the day. This is the best thing ever! It worked for me and its worth the investment.
