    Why can't Talpirid Mole Bait Rodenticide be used on Star Nosed Moles in North Carolina?

    Unfortunately, we are unsure of why Talpirid Mole Bait Rodenticide cannot be used on Star-Nosed moles in North Carolina. You may want to contact the manufacturer Bell Labs for more detailed information on this type of application.

    Will Talpirid Mole Bait kill a human even if it is not consumed?
    A

    Talpirid Mole Bait does not pose harm to humans when used according the product label. This bait should be placed in ground burrows caused by moles and resembles their main food source. As small moles consume the bait, it will kill them.

    Is Talpirid Mole Bait labeled to kill chipmunks?

    What can I use to rid my lawn of moles?
    A
    Talpirid Mole Bait is one of our best sellers for mole control in your lawn. It is a worm shaped mole bait that mimics the mole's natural food. To achieve maximum effect, Talpirid Mole Bait should only be placed in areas used habitually by moles for feeding. Five (5) to 7 days after bait application, check for mole activity using the same procedure for determining initial activity. Return 48 to 72 hours later and retreat all active runs. 1 Talpirid box (20 worms) is enough for two typical treatments Bait in unopened sealed box will last up to 1 year in controlled environment. Once opened, use within 15 days.

    There are many different ways to treat for moles. One of the more effective means of mole control is using Talpirid Bait. One Talprid mole bait worm contains a lethal dose and can kill in 24 hours. 

    When you have mold activity in your yard it can in part be due to a plentiful food supply. Moles will feed on grubs, worms and other similar insects living in your turf. Many people in conjunction with using products designed to either trap, kill, or repel moles, will use a product like Dylox to kill the grubs and insects the moles are feeding on.     Will Demon kill moles?

    Demon Max and Demon WP are only going to eradicate flying and crawling insects listed on the label. They will not kill moles. We do carry Talpirid Mole Bait that can be applied to active tunnels.
