Per the product label for Talstar P Professional Insecticide you can apply once every 7 days when using the low rate of 0.5 fl oz per gallon of water if needed. If you are using the higher rate of 1 fl oz per gallon of water you can only apply once a month. You will still see mosquitoes in the area as they have to contact the area to be effected by it which can take time, it does not repel them from the area though.
For mosquitoes key is to apply to the underside of leaves on trees/bushes which is there the adults lay during the day, as well as shady areas. You would not treat entire areas of the lawn that are in full sun as it is not habitable for them there.
Talstar P Professional Insecticide can be applied at 1 fl oz per gallon per 1,000 sq ft and is safe for applications to lawns as directed once monthly.

Talstar P can be used indoors and outdoors for above ground termite control and for trenching around teh structure for a barrier protection from Subterranean Termites Indoors, active termite colonies can be directly treated by drilling into the wall or hard to reach area where activity is detected and injecting/spraying the mixed soluiton directly into the wall void. Yes, Talstar P Professional Insecticide is labeled for bedbugs and should be applied at the highest concentration of 1 fl oz per gallon of water. According to the product label: "Thorough application should be made to crack and crevices where evidence of bed bugs occurs. This includes bed frames, box springs, inside empty dressers and clothes closets and carpet edges, high and low wall moldings and wallpaper edges. Do not use this product on bed linens, pillows, mattresses or clothes. Remove all clothes and other articles from dressers or clothes closets before application. Allow all treated areas to thoroughly dry before use.
Important note from the manufacturer: “Not recommended for use as sole protection against bedbugs. If evidence of bedbugs is found in/on mattresses, use products approved for this use."
The most effective treatment for active bed bug infestations would be using a combination of products as we have in one of our Bed Bug Kits. These kits are based on how many bedrooms you have and contain enough product for the initial application and 2-3 follow up treatments that are required for bes results. Repeat treatments should be done every 7-10 days until you can go 30 days without seeing any signs of bed bugs or without anyone getting bit.

These products are all safe to be used around kids and pets when applied per the product labels and once the application has dried. Keep kids and pets out while treating.
Talstar P Professional Insecticide is safe for pets if used as directed on the manufacturer's product label. Both people and pets should be removed from the area while the product is being applied, and once the treated area has completely dried, people and pets can re-enter the treated area.
Storing Talstar P Professional Insecticide in a room temperature enviroment (between 45 and 75 degrees) would give you the best shelf life. If you are storing it outside in a shed when there is freezing temps & the product were to freeze, it would need to be disposed of
Yes, Talstar P is labeled for stink bugs and lady bugs. The mixing ratio is 1 fl. oz. per gallon of water. This will be used to spray around baseboards, cracks and crevices to help kill those that contact a treated area.
The Overwintering Kit is an excellent combination of products that protects you during your winter months with an insecticide and a dust. We generally do recommend at least using a dust with any other product, such as Talstar P, that you are using as an added protection to consider using throughout the year.

When applying Talstar or most other insecticides, it is best applied during dry weather and you want to make sure the product has at least 6 hours of full dry time prior to rain or watering to ensure it is completely rainfast though 24 hours is best. At the highest rate it has a residual up to 30 days.
