Made with high-quality materials including quilted nylon and HyperKewl fabric .  The HyperKewl fabric easily absorbs water and gradually releases it by evaporation. This neck wrap comes with an attachment to ensure that it is secured to the horse's halter. Provides 5-10 hours of cooling relief.
