Tempo SC Ultra is not labeled to be mixed with rubbing alcohol and should be mixed with water only.
Tempo SC Ultra can be applied in landscaped areas with flowers and rocks to eradicate springtails.
We would recommend using Temprid SC. It has two active ingredients in that work together to combat bed bugs and various other pests. This should be done every 10-14 days until you do not see activity for 30 days. Tempo SC Ultra is a good option, however, it only has one active ingredient it. Temprid SC has the same active as Tempo SC Ultra, but there is longer lasting active ingredient added as well.
Please check out our Bed Bug Guide for tips on how to treat and prevent bed bugs in the future.
It is not recommended to mix Tempo SC Ultra, with any type of herbicide. This could degrade the effectiveness of the active ingredients of both products.
Tempo SC Ultra does not contain an insect growth regulator (IGR). It can be tank mixed with one.
Tempo is labeled for bedbug control but it must be kept to cracks and crevices only and cannot be used on furniture or mattresses. Transport Mikron would be a better choice for bedbug treatment as it can be applied in all of the needed areas and it non-repellent (bedbugs cannot tell it has been applied and will readily walk over treated areas) and combines two of the most powerful insecticides on the market, Bifenthrin and Acetamiprid which will overcome and insecticide resistance.
While Tempo SC Ultra will control aphids, it is not labeled to be used as a drench. A great product to use as a drench for aphids would be Dominion 2L Termiticide Concentrate. When using Dominion 2L to treat for aphids you would mix 0.1 - 0.4 fl oz per inch of the trunk diameter in no less than 10 gallons per 100 sq ft of treatment area. You typically want to start about 12 inches from the base of the tree and out to the drip line.
It is recommended to wear goggles, face shield, or safety glasses, chemical resistant gloves, and long sleeves and pants when applying Tempo SC Ultra.
Tempo SC Ultra is not labeled to kill lice.
The products should not be mixed together as you will not gain any benefits by doing so. In fact, using too much could cause resistance as they are both synthetic pyrethriods.
Tempo SC Ultra is not labeled for use in these areas. This product should only be used in cracks and crevices indoors.
