A few years ago I had a bedbug problem and went to the store and got the stuff in the purple can ... you know the one, it says it kills bedbugs and other insects. So naively I buy it try it and all I can say is they were still dancing and prancing after I used it. It's like they actually enjoyed the stuff. After that I had to go to the big guns and call in a pro. So the company comes out and checks and says "Yeah you got it bad. We'll send someone out tomorrow to handle it." The guy comes the next day and he has this little white bottle with a blue label on and he mixes up a quick batch and begins to spray. Mind you, this costed me $200 for one visit. So I talk to the guy and say, "please tell me what you are using!" He was a really nice man and he says, "you know what, I usually don't do this cause it's bad for business but I'll tell you." So he gives me the bottle and I see Temprid SC on the label. he says, "this stuff will kill them all and then some for months." So he finishes spraying and he sees I am distraught about the whole situation and he says, "tell you what ... I'm going to give you the rest of this of this bottle." It was about a 1/3 full so enough for more than a few applications should I need it. I cried cause I was so exhausted from the situation. I never had to deal with this kind of thing before. So I pay him and he shows me how to use the product. I say thank you and he leaves. I waited about 3 hrs before I go back to my bed room and when I do it's like a death scene from a Hamlet play. Bodies are everywhere. No more dancing in my room, just corpses. bedbug, ants, spiders, you name it and it was D.E.A.D! for months I kept finding dead bodies lying around and I marked my calendar for 6 months out so I would know when spray the house again. This stuff is the gospel for bedbug destruction. Do not fool yourself with another product, this is your first and last option. I just moved to a new apartment and guess what appeared in one of my neighbors apartments ... you guessed it. But guess where they are not coming cause I'm about to blast my place and make sure they have no chance if they cross my threshold ... Temprid SC is the best! There is no other option!

We barely sprayed the house this past Tuesday (it's Thursday), but I already feel confident that this will do the trick. We were using Demand SC, a pyrethroid which is a chemical bed bugs are growing increasing resistance to. Living in Chicago - a bed bug heaven - and taking public transportation multiple times a week has become frightening, and Demand SC didn't seem to be doing the job as after just two sprays within a month I found three bugs sitting on the floor and under my bed right where we had sprayed, but alive and kicking once I used tape to pick them up. Not wanting to take further risks considering how fast these things multiply, I bought Temprid SC after much research. After making price comparisons (this website being the cheapest) and reading customer reviews regarding product effectiveness and customer service experiences, I went with DoMyOwnPestControl and could not be any more happy. After major issues with my post office, I was able to get the same, friendly, concerned DMOPC representative (Nadya) time after time until I finally received the insecticide. She didn't even have to make those calls to my incompetent post office and could have easily said that that was my problem, but she called them right away and always gave detailed voice mail and calls back, saving me much time and frustration. I've only located less than 20 bugs total, all which were not even living on/in my mattress, but the peace of mind is worth the price. Knowing there is superior customer service in case there's another issue or other questions is yet another plus. Note: I also used food grade diatomaceous earth by putting some behind all of my light switch and electrical plates and by spreading a thin layer on my bedroom floor for 2-3 weeks, being careful not to cover the insecticide. I don't recommend spreading it on the floor as it got quite messy...

Finally free of bed bugs

We tried dry steam and other non chemical methods, but were not able to completely eradicate the bed bugs. We used Temprid SC and Delta dust together for a one two punch. I mixed the Temprid to the 16ml strength and sprayed the under part of a chair and the base of the bed. I also took the plates off the outlets and switches and used the Delta Dust. It was obvious that this was a necessary part of success. We are now 14 day out and we have not even seen one live bed bug.

This stuff is absolutely amazing. We unknowingly brought an infested couch and soon found we had bedbugs. We have been fighting over a year trying to get rid of these nasty, horrible creatures. I bought an expensive steamer, and many different sprays and dusts with very little to no success. I found temprid sc and decided to give it a try due to reviews. I am so glad I did! I mixed gentrol igr in with the temprid after thouroughly cleaning, washing/drying clothes and bedding, and vacuuming. It has been almost 2 weeks and im still finding dead bugs. I have only had 2 bites in the last 2 weeks compared to several overnight. I have a bad reaction to the bites and I am so thankful to be getting somewhere. You won't be disappointed as long as you clean, declutter, vacuum along with spraying this stuff. IT WORKS. I'm ordering more for follow up treatments to make sure these things are gone.

I've had 9 months of hell with fleas. I've tried several pyrethrum based liquids. including Conquer and pest control professionals and felt bites the very next day after application. Nothing worked. I've read the most common flea in N. America is the cat flea, which have become immune to pyrethrum. I read one good flea review for Temprid so I tried it. Wow! 2 days later I'm still finding dead fleas even in place I didn't know I had fleas. I've cleared my house of family for 10 days before applying because I don't know how safe this stuff is. I mixed both Nygard and Precor IGRs along with it because the 2 interrupt different stages of flea growth. I applied it as a broadcast on my tile floors, except in the kitchen (I used Onslaught) and used my carpet cleaner loaded with Temprid on my carpets. I'm going to wash my tile floors before my family returns and use Demize thereafter becuase it's a good knock-down but no residual for the kids and pets.

Amazing Stuff

We got those dreaded bed bugs from a huge no no! We got a mattress for a guest room from a close family member, inspected it closely prior to bringing it in my home. Since no one slept in the bed we didn't notice anything unusual until months after and the problem was bigger than we knew what to do. We hired a professional to heat treat our house which knocked down majority of those nasty bugs however I live in an older home with plenty of hiding places. I noticed our problem wasn't over and had the professional come back out to inspect. They found nothing. I knew we still had a few just by their evidence. I found this site and carefully read the reviews on each product designed for bed bugs. I came across Temprid SC and decided to order the small tubes to try it out. I mixed it with a bottle of Gentrol and sprayed EVERYTHING including furniture and vehicles. I ended up ordering the larger bottle as I mix double the strength each spray. We've sprayed weekly for 3 weeks after and will continue to do so. I haven't seen or found any traces of those nasty bugs or any bug for that matter and pray that I don't ever again! The whole situation has been a pure nightmare for my family and with this product and guidance from God it finally feels like home again!

Had bedbugs for several months before finally spent the money on a 400mL bottle since it was only a little more expensive than the 240mL one. Immediately sprayed 3 bedrooms and the living room using about 20mL in a little more than a gallon of water. Slept so peacefully till one of the dumb bugs crawled across my forehead only to be squished on reflex. Sprayed a second time after 7 days in the same rooms, didn't see ANY live bugs in 2 of the rooms. I'll confess that the 3rd bedroom didn't get the greatest treatment I could have given it the first 2 treatments, but I hosed the bed this week and under the boxspring and frame like I should have done. No complaints from the mother-in-law since except an empty baby she killed the day after treatment.

Worked and keeps working

Had a minor bed bug problem due to mother in law staying in a flea bag motel. Ended up bringing bed bugs to our home. Used Temprid SC weekly for 3 weeks and also used Gentrol IGR every 14 days. It has now been 7 weeks since we have seen any signs of bed bugs or any bugs for that matter. Lots of dead spiders, flies, rolly polly bugs, ants, etc. We also bought 12 bed bug interceptors to monitor our issue and we also put matress encasements on every matress even if there was no sign of them in that particular room. I think we caught our bed bug problem early before it got out of control and, knock on wood, have solved our problem!

My kid bought in bedbugs from a friend house and I treated his room with temprid. I also heated up his room to 110 degrees. Not sure which worked but I am still using temprid and have not had an issue anywhere else in the house. Just killed a huge palmetto bug with it too.

Had a relatively small infestation. Few bugs in the bedroom and a few downstairs. Made the mix following directions (One 8mL tube in a gallon of water for bed bugs) and sprayed everywhere. Bed frame, carpet, lower wall, couches, etc. Washed clothes, blankets, bedding, and bought bed bug covers for mattress. Haven't noticed any signs of bed bugs after a couple weeks. Making a second mix to spray again just to be safe, but this stuff is supposed to keep killing for up to a month and that seems to be true so far. $11 for two vials, shipped. Compare that with how much a professional pest control person costs. The scientific literature I've read (not reviews, the actual science publication written by the scientists themselves) consistently show the two pesticides in Temprid SC as the best mix for bed bugs, which is why I bought it. It has two nerve agents that work synergistically against the bug neurons, that have the bonus of being barely more toxic than table salt to humans. Also, the fine print says to use the mix within one day as the chemicals break down when left dissolved in water. The spray evaporates and leaves microscopic crystals that stick to the bed bug hairs as they walk over them, continuing to kill them.
