I use at least one case of these a month, they repel water very well if you use the steel rods to suspend the bait. Different than other bait stations they will hold 9oz of bait, handy if your using a bait that's not a single feed around residential homes. Also it's a tough station that holds up in commercial applications where they can be mistreated by cleaning people. Like most plastic bait stations tree squirrels will chew them up but they don't seem to chew through the back of the station ruining it like other brands, they enlarge the access hole until they get the bait. They're totally dog and child proof.
