AutoShip will ship professional grade pest and lawn control products, animal care supplements, equipment, and more directly to your home or business at your chosen frequency.
How does AutoShip work?
To begin an AutoShip order, simply add the eligible item or items you wish to have AutoShipped to your shopping cart on DoMyOwn.com. Then, during checkout, select the “Yes, make my life easy” button in the Autoship section, select the products you want included for Autoship, and select how often you wish for the product to be delivered. You will need a DoMyOwn.com account to get started.
Upon completing checkout, you will be charged for your first order and it will be shipped to you immediately. You will then be charged for each order as it ships according to your selected schedule (once a month, once every three months, etc.). You will receive an email each time before you are charged, reminding you of your upcoming order, and the next scheduled delivery. While prices are subject to change on items in your Autoship order, you will receive the best available price for each item at the time your order ships.

How do I know if a product is eligible for AutoShip?
Look for the AutoShip icon on the product pages to indicate which products are AutoShip eligible. We are adding new products to AutoShip every day.
What if I want to reschedule an order?
You will receive an email notifying you of your delivery 5 days before each order ships. You can change the shipping date, skip an order, delay an order, or cancel an order up to 24 hours before the shipment.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. Like all orders on DoMyOwn.com, your AutoShip order includes free standard shipping in 3-6 business days.
At this time, Autoship is only available for orders being shipped in the contiguous United States.
Can I schedule multiple products to ship at different intervals?
If you order more than 1 item in an AutoShip order, they will be placed on the same shipping schedule. If you would like items to be shipped at different frequencies or intervals, you will need to place separate orders for these items.
What if I want to cancel my recurring order?
You can cancel your AutoShip order up to 24 hours before your scheduled ship date. Just log into your DoMyOwn.com account and make the changes under “Account Settings.” It may take up to 24 hours for your cancellation to be processed.
Can I add new products to my AutoShip order?
Yes. While logged into your DoMyOwn account, add the product or products to your cart, choosing “Add to AutoShip” and select which AutoShip order you would like the product(s) added to. The new product(s) will then ship at the frequency of the other products in your order.
How do I pay for my AutoShip order?
You can pay for your AutoShip order using a credit card or debit card. Your card information will be saved in our system and will be automatically charged when each future AutoShip order ships.
At this time, Paypal cannot be used to pay for AutoShip orders.
How can I see when my next order will arrive?
Log into your DoMyOwn account and click “My AutoShips” to view your account information. The ship date will be listed next to each AutoShip saying "Next Order:" and then expected ship date.
I moved, how do I change my address or contact information?
Log into your DoMyOwn account and click “My AutoShip Orders” to view your upcoming orders. Click on the AutoShip order to view more details or edit your order information. You will then be able to update your contact information.
