Is Expel Turf Herbicide seed friendly, will it still allow Tall fescue to germinate?

Answer:

Expel Turf Herbicide should only be applied to established lawns.  You would need to wait one month to seed after an application or wait at least 30 days from seeding or after the area has been mowed twice to apply.
