If I clean and then apply this to kill the mold do I then need to treat with the regular boracare to kill the active boring pests?
If you also have active wood decay or active wood destroying insects in the wood, you would need to treat with regular Boracare at at 1:1 ratio first to eliminate the current insect issue. Then you can follow up with the 5:1 rate of Boracare with Moldcare as that product can only be used at that ratio.
