The previuos owner of my home had been using a service to maintain these traps. They came by a few times after we moved in, and then the contract expired. They sent me a letter asking me to extend the contract, so I started investigating doing it myself. I'm glad I did. Most of the traps had mud in the bottom instead of wood, and the monitors were 1/2 full or less. Glad I decided to replace the broken ones, and replaced the monitors on all the traps. I made a "map" of my traps, and will continue to do monitoring them myself, and save money.

I used a couple types of bait systems when I was an exterminator and these were my favorite. Very simple installation (I use an auger drill bit) and easy to monitor. Worth every penny.

I have the 'other' well known bait system at my home and it works. I needed the same protection at a secondary residence on the coast and decided to do-it-myself. searched the web and found DMOPC.com. I was familiar with the Advance system and DMOPC had what I wanted at a good price. fast shipping too! this system works.

Shipped very fast. Easy to install. It took a couple of hours with a tulip bulb planter and a small flower bed spade to place stations around the house. My lawn was most due to recent rains so digging holes was a breeze. Can't comment about it's effectiveness since I've still got 45 days until I check the stations for activity. The real proof is in how effective the system will be. So far so good.

certainly just as good if not better than the industry leader traps which I non-renewed and using do my own pest control took over the pest control duties for my property. We will see how they hold up over time but the system makes sense to me anyway. I would recommend.

I was able to install this product using posthole diggers around the perimeter of the house in less than an hour. I waited 2 weeks then went back to check the bait stations for activity. I switched out the bait cartridge in the station with termite activity with the poison and replaced the lid. Couldn't get much simpler. Saved nearly $1,000 compared to the quotes received from the national franchise exterminators. I am very satisfied with this product.

I had previously worked with a pest control company that used the Advance Termite Bait System. So I know that it is easy to work with and highly effective. I would recommend this system to anyone wanting to guard against termites entering your home.

Installed using a garden auger (aka bulb planter) attached to my drill. You can pick one up at "The Orange Store" for around $15. Placed 10 feet apart about 2-3 feet from foundation. I drilled about 3 inches deeper than the length of the station to allow for drainage. Checked after a week and one station was completely engulfed with termites. Another week goes by and another station was full of termites. Whatever is in the bait cartridge definitely attracts the termites.

They had what I was looking for at a fair price. They were quick to answer a few questions I had as this was the first time doing this. I was able to buy a 2 1/2 inch auger at a hardware store that attached to my drill that worked good for making the hole to put the traps into. Happy to get this job out of the way and not worry about termites anymore.

After an inspection showing no termite in my Florida home, I installed the Advance Termite Bait System in a preventive mode. The package was shipped very quickly. I followed the instructions, and installed the 15 bait units around my home. It took me one hour for the 15 of them. Now, I'm waiting for 3 months to check the baits.

Too early to tell as I have only had in ground 30 days. They were easy to install and a significant savings from the pest control companies install. I am confident they will work great as they are a proven product. Follow up with me in late December and I will share my first check experiences. Thanks!

I installed these a month ago and the installation was straight forward and quick. I used 17 of the 20 I purchased and figured I would keep the rest in case of damage by a mower or trimmer as we live in a community where this is all done by outside contractors. I may update review as I do my quarterly exams on the system, but I expect them to last a long time.

I found termites by my deck when removing rotted stairs. It turned out it was termites eating my treated wood stairs! I placed 10 termite stations around my house just as the instructions said. And exactly as described, I found termites in two stations. I replaced the bait with poison, and eliminated two colonies of termites! My house remains termite free 5 years now!

The stations are easy to use and appear to hold up well. I have them at a few of my clients homes it's a good alternative to people who choose not to use liquid treatments (rod and trench ) around there home.

This is an easy to install professional grade product. As a retired pest control owner I appreciate the quality of this product. Using the soil auger is the best way to prepare holes. This product worked to end an infestation in our old house, so I installed them at our new home. I fully expect them to work here to monitor for termites and then to eliminate any colony.

Easy to install with an auger in cordless drill. Installed 20 plus in a little over an hour. Documented location and labeled the covers with a paint pen. My brother pays 350 a year to have his checked. I'll check them 4 times or so to "pay" myself 75 bucks to walk around yard. Don't have any termites that I know of, but the house was treated about 10 years ago with perimeter treatment and I'm guessing it's about worthless by now. Trying to be proactive. I'll likely order more for my rentals this spring

quality products, delivered on time. I pulled by Terminix stations (lousy service) and replaced with these stations. Seems pretty easy to use. There has been no activity in my area last few years, so, we'll see if the wood in the station attracts them, when they eventually come back...

We are thankful we found your website. We were paying someone $500.00 a year to come back and check our stations. Now we are in control of it and it is costing us way less than that.
