After applying Tenacity do I just put topsoil over the white dead bentgrass area, and re-seed over it?

After 2 or 3 applications it's turning white, I've read previously that I shouldn't remove the dead white grass.

We would recommend removing the dead bentgrass before planting your seed after using Tenacity Herbicide.
