Charlie from Mesquite, Texas writes

After temp cools down is it better to apple Sedge Ender in the spring or fall?

Answer:

Bonide Sedge Ender Concentrate can be applied for pre and post emergent control of listed weeds. For post emergent control, apply when weeds are actively growing and temperatures are between 65-85 degrees.

For crabgrass control in cool season lawns for the following spring, pre emergent applications can be done when temperatures are below 50 degrees but prior to the ground freezing.  In areas where there is heavy weed pressure due to warmer temperatures, repeat applications can be done 60-90 days after the initial application.
