I am planning on treating a Birch tree. An Arborist recommends drenching the soil around the tree.

Will the label indicate the mixing ratio to soil drench a Birch tree based on diameter of the tree at a specific height?

Answer:

Yes, on page 18 of the Prime Source Imidacloprid 2F label it states you can use  0.1 - 0.2 fl ounces for every inch of trunk diameter at breast height in at least 10 gallons of water per 1000 sq. ft.
