    Will Amdro Fire Ant Bait kill Argentine ants ?
    A

    Amdro Fire Ant Bait is labeled for Argentine ants. You would  sprinkle 2-5 level tablespoons of Amdro Fire Ant Bait around the mound, for normal sized mounds. . Be sure not to disturb the mound. Please see the product Label for specific rates.

    Pool contamination with Amdro Fire Ant Bait
    Some Amdro Fire Ant Bait got into my pool. Do I need to change the water?
    A

    You should not need to change the water if Amdro Fire Ant Bait gets into the pool.  Once wet the product breaks down and only contains a small amount of active ingredient to kill insects.

    Amdro Fire Ant Bait is not labeled to treat Leaf Cutter ants.

    Do we need to be concerned about pets ingesting the product?
    A

    Amdro Fire Ant Bait states to keep pets away for at least 24 hours. But yes, monitor your pet to ensure they do not get into the granules. If you see any signs of sickness, always make sure to take them to the vet.
