An hour after spraying Talstar P Professional outdoors, my sprinklers turned on for a few minutes. Do I need to respray?

I sprayed the back of my house and the lawn to get rid of clover mites. About an hour later my sprinkler system malfunctioned and there was water going in half the yard for about 3-5 minutes. Do I need to respray the yard again?

Answer:

If the application of Talstar P Professional Insecticide had time to dry before the sprinklers went off, it should be ok. If you applied at the highest rate of 1 fl oz per gallon of water, you will need to wait 30 days before reapplying or 7 days if applied at the lower 0.5 fl oz per gallon rate was used. The product label advises to apply when there is no rain or watering for atleast 24 hours after the application.
