Ant cafe refillable bait station is good for ghost ants, as they are extremely tiny the size of a pencil point.

Another question: Once these tiny ants are inside these refillable bait stations will they be able to come out or are they stuck once they enter the station?

Answer:

The holes in the Ant Cafe Refillable Bait Stations are less than 1/2 centimeter in diameter.  These stations are meant to use on smaller ants.  Ants take the bait and leave the station.
