Application equipment for perimeter treatments?

The label states that using low-pressure handwand equipment is prohibited for perimeter or wasp nest treatments. Does this mean it can only be applied for these uses with high-pressure powerspraying equipment?

Answer:

Acephate 97UP Insecticide should not be applied with low pressure sprayers.  Low Volume pressure means that it uses less air volume (5-18 CFM) then HVLP (10-25 CFM) and lower air pressure (10-30 PSI) than a typical conventional Airspray gun (35-60 PSI).
