Are the insecticides you sell the same strength used by a PCO?

I was told by a PCO, your products are diluted and less effective than what a PCO purchases and uses and that is the only way your able to sell to the public/unlicensed individuals.

The PCO gave you uninformed and incorrect information. We sell the exact same products to our homeowner/business owners customers as we sell to PCO's. You can verify this by asking your PCO to see the product label of the product he is using or plans to use and compare to the product label to the same product that we sell on our website.
