It should not melt the plastic of the hoophouse, but it could possibly discolor it or weaken it if sprayed directly. It would be best to protect the sheeting with a barrier like cardboard or a tarp, or to test a small area. We also recommend avoiding spraying during the day when it is very hot.
Any separation of the tank mix of Avenger Weed Killer Concentrate with water could be due the shlef life of the product has expired, it was stored in an area exposed to extreme heat or freezing temperaturs causing the active ingredients to separate or break down or mixed solution was left in the sprayer for longer than 24 hours.
