    Is Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide the same as Abound fungicide?

    While Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide and Abound Fungicide contain the same active ingredient Azoxystrobin, their inert ingredients may differ which is why the product label instructions are so different.

    How soon after overseeding can I apply Azoxy 2SC?
    Just did my fall overseeding but temps are still high & humid in mid September.

    You can apply Azoxy 2SC Select to newly seeded lawns per the instructions on the label. Take care to apply during cooler times of the day, making sure temps are below 80 degrees at time of application.

    After 48 hours from spraying Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide, do I resume a normal watering schedule?
    A

    After Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide has been applied, you should be able to resume a normal watering schedule after 24 hours, as the product should be rain-fast at that point.  Keep in mind that many diseases that require a fungicide for treatment are sometimes related to excess moisture, so it is advisable not overwater, to avoid encouraging disease development.

    What products do you recommend to rotate with Azoxy 2SC?
    Central Florida zoysia turf with pythium root rot.

    Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide can be rotated with Subdue Maxx for treating Pythium Blight.

    Does Azoxy 2SC Select get rid of fairy rings?
    I had a tree taken down and the stump ground but have developed a fairy ring with mushrooms.

    Azoxy 2SC Select does not list fairy ring on the product label. Prime Source Azoxy 50 WDG Fungicide has the same active ingredient and does list fairy ring on the product label.
