There isn't a set rate per puff that comes out of the Bellow Hand Duster as it can vary by dust density/material and how hard each person squeezes the duster. But if you do an even speed/strength squeeze when holding it in the way they described, one to two puffs per placement of the duster tip is usually sufficient per individual spot treatment before moving on to the next treatment area.
The Bellow Hand Duster comes with a cleaning tool and it can be used in the extension to clear a path for the dust to disperse. You should wear chemical-resistant gloves when handling the duster and dust. The cap on the top can be opened to empty the remaining dust from the duster if wanting to use another insecticide dust.
