Bermuda grass and St. Augustine in South Louisiana

Have a mix of new Bermuda grass because I can seed it and st augustine, and hoping the St. Augustine that's scattered will take over. It's new construction, so it's muddy; not picky, but tons of weeds need it cleaned up a bit before final grading next year. Will it kill the aug in Louisiana?

Answer:

According to the  Ferti-lome Weed-Out Lawn Weed Killer with Trimec Product Label, it is safe for use on St Augustine lawns except the Floratam St Augustine variety, which is most commonly grown and found in Florida lawns.  Do not apply to newly seeded lawn grasses until well established. Seed can be sown 3 to 4 weeks after application. Do not spray when air temperatures exceed 85
