Best method to apply Cleary's 3336F to a row of 15-20' blue spruce that has some needle cast.

Needle cast showing up on some of the15-20' blue spruce. Had I planned to spray the ground and lower portion of the tree just before a rain? Is this the best method for 3336F with surfactant that I just ordered from you?

Clearys 3336F Fungicide is not labeled for Rhizosphaera needlecast. We do carry Garden Tech Daconil Fungicide that can be applied to spruce trees for treating this fungus and you can review the product label for the complete use instructions.
