The B&G 2600 fogger is a little of both. It has a handle, so you can hold it and direct it into cracks and crevices and underneath appliances.You can set it on the floor and the hose will attach to the unit,so it can be left alone to fog a room for awhile without holding it. Typically, when you fog a room you would walk around the perimeter first and direct the hose in the hard to reach areas, and then set the fogger down in the middle of the room to fog the general space. If you are going to be in the room long enough to fog specific areas, you want to make sure you are wearing the proper safety equipment.

They are the standard in the pest control industry.

The B&G Flex-A-Lite 2600 Fogger does not have a low and high speed setting but the
droplet size can be adjusted from a power-mist (56 micron droplets) to ULV (20-35 micron droplets). The manual does state that you should not leave it running for more than 30 minutes and to turn it off once fogging is complete so it would not be advised to leave the unit running with no liquid in it.

How Far will the B&G Flex-A-Lite 2600 fog reach? I want to fog my large attic to eradicate wasps, bees, and any other flying critters.

How do I install the extension hose on the B&G Flex-A-Lite 2600 Fogger?

When changing out the hose on the B&G Flex-A-Lite 2600 Fogger, simply unscrew the hose from the base, replace with the extension hose and screw back into the unit.

What do I use to kill mold in a/c ducts?

A

We do not carry mold eradication products for ducts or other places other than on wood. We do carry a product called Bora-Care with Mold-Care which is for treating mold on wood only.

Can I use Cypermethrin with boric acid on foggers?
I have only used professional sprayers and I'm thinking about buying the 2600 as an equipment upgrade. Can you tell me what kind of pesticide can I use for roaches, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, etc. Pd: new to this page and I'm loving it!

Cypermethrin products are not labeled to be used in foggers. Are you treating outside or inside for roaches and other pests?

Need a fogger to put on the back of a 4 wheeler to do 20 acres. What do you recommend?

We do not sell industrial foggers which is what you would need. We sell smaller commercial foggers intended for fogging small spaces. You would probably need to search for mosquito control companies or local tractor supply or farm stores.

I hear either squirrels or other animals in my wall.

The B&G Flex-A-Lite 2600 Fogger is not used to chase out raccoons and squirrels out of the attic and we are not aware of a fogging concentrate that is labeled for that use. We suggest getting an inspection to determine exactly what you are dealing with so we can offer you an alternative solution.

What is the correct partical size to use for killing german cockroaches?
I'm torn between ordering the B&G 2600 for it's hose attachment or the fogmaster 7401. But don't know which one is best or adequete for my situation of killing german cockroaches. Since the B&G goes down to 20 microns and the fogmaster goes down to 7 microns. I will be fogging a trailer home that will require fogging the inside as well as punching a few holes in the insulation under the trailer to fog beneath the floor. A hose would make it much easier for doing inside the insulation so I don't have to put the entire machine up in there. But if the microns aren't the correct size then I fear I'd be wasting my time.

B&G Flex-A-Lite 2600 Fogger can be used to spray for Spiders and other insects on and around decks. Keep in mind, most products used in foggers do not leave a residual and would only be knockdown. We would also recommend to use a residual product like Talstar P in a sprayer.

The manufacturer also states, when using any BP products in any of the following foggers, you MUST lube up the cap gasket with a silicone lubricant before adding in the BP, otherwise it will cause the gasket to swell and no longer create a fog.
