The label on the Ortho Home defense says it is .06% Bifenthrin if the Bifen IT is 7.9% that means the same amount has 132x the amount of Bifenthrin as Ortho Home defense, is that right? Even using 1oz per gallon for the Bifen IT instead of 1.5oz per gallon with the Ortho it would still be 85x stronger coming out of the sprayer.

This is the only product, out of many tried, that actually got rid of spiders. We treated the porches, doorways, boat dock, boat slip, garage, and storage sheds one time. Spiders gone. No more cleaning spider webs and poo off boat seats. Battle won!

Wasn't able to sit in backyard, till we got this stuff. We get too much rain for it to last 3 weeks, but probably 10-15 days mosquito free is more realistic. We bought a cheap fogger, does an outstanding job that way

Works amazingly well! No odor, easily mixed with increments printed on bottle. Has some residual effect lasting after a good rain. Mosquitos and gnats literly drop from the sky!

With 2 acres of grass and a 'controlled' fire ant problem, I find 5-15 fire ant mounts each weekly cutting of grass and mark them via orange flag then later come back and spray their mounds with this wonderful product (1 oz per gallon). Forcing a quart or so into the holes of each mound eradicates then. My neighbors do not treat theirs so I get new queens landing on my land after each rain but glad this product exits.

After doing some reading decided to give Bifen a try. Just recently purchased a home and the detached building had a flea problem. After two thorough applications no more fleas. Have also noticed that anything that comes in contact where the product was applied dies. Numerous spiders have been seen dead on the floor. Great product!

My brother first sent me this product since we have lots of fleas and ticks in yard. Works great!!! Actually found out this is the same product our service company uses that we have come quarterly. So I've stopped their service and do it myself. I have cats and dogs and it's safe as long as you follow the directions. This product goes a long way.

Mixed 1 oz to 1 gallon of water and the results are amazing. I live on 10 acres with heavy woods. Couldn't go in my backyard without mosquito spray ever. Sprayed the yard on a Wednesday night and by Thursday morning I noticed a difference. By Friday and for the next 3 weeks I haven't been bit by 1 mosquito. They are starting to come back now, but it lasted 3 weeks and over that time we had 7 days that it rained an 1in or more. I swear by this stuff for mosquito control!

I very rarely write reviews but found myself amazed at how well this product works. After researching for the last 5 years trying to find something to control my spider problem on my boat dock I'm finally done. I would go down daily and knock down spider webs, have the droppings all over my pontoon boat I would have to clean, etc. Tried several products that were supposed to work and none did. I was about to spend a lot of $$ to get a mist system installed when I ran across this website and Bifen IT. In one day after treating my boat dock with this product my issues are gone. I'm now recommending it to everyone I see. Fabulous product, great service from the website - order and delivery. Customer for life!

I have been using so many products to control spider mites and a few other critters in my greenhouses. I took a huge loss of plants and was devastated! Another grower recommended Bifen IT, I ordered it, used it and within hours (yes hours) I could see a difference. My plants look fabulous and I will continue to fight the bug battle with Bifen IT. So happy I found the site DoMyOwn. Reasonable price, quick shipping and this product does exactly what I needed it to do!

I had 33 fire ant beds washed in during a recent flood. I gave product a try and if you follow direction and treat mounds and spray the yard it will work. I treated mounds and sprayed front yard but only had enough to treat mounds in backyard and I have none in front yard and still have a couple in backyard. Reordered asap!

I sprayed around my backyard and around my house..have issues with roaches but the next day my porch looked like a graveyard for roaches.. Love this spray..BIFEN IT..IS THE BOMB!!!

The product is far superior than what you get at a big box store that contains a diluted .3% active ingredient solution. I sprayed around the perimeter of the house and also a 20 foot buffer into the woods that surround the house. And it has virtually eliminated all invasive species that we were having issues with, i.e. ants, spiders, ring snakes, deer ticks and other vermin. I'll spray again this fall for deer ticks and spiders to keep them at bay.

Great stuff. Used it when I was in Pest Control and still use it for personal use. Can be used inside or out and around pets and kids, just follow the label instructions.

This product is wonderful I use it in the cemetery were I work for fire ants , I broadcast spray over all of the cemetery once every three months at 1/2 oz. per 1000 sq. ft. no ant problem works very good on army worms as well .

I wanted to a good overall insecticide for my property and after doing my research and reading other users reviews decided on the Bifen IT. I had seriously considered the Bifen XTS but opted for the IT this time. I have used IT and so far it is working as expected.

For several years now, I've used a sprayer to apply this product to eaves and other places that wasps/yellowjackets like to build nests. Haven't had a single nest in the areas I've sprayed! I apply this every 3 months during wasp/yellowjacket season -- March, June, and September where I live. I started using this product because we paid a pest control company to take care of some wasp nests, and they sprayed this stuff to discourage the wasps from building new nests. WAY CHEAPER to do it myself!
