I have sprayed this around my eaves and foundations, and those areas have been free of insects, after a number of deceased insects. I was particularly trying to keep boring bees and wasps away, and it seems to be doing well at repelling them. It didn't leave any residue nor odor. I have been very impressed with the fairness, reasonableness and high quality of this company and the speed and accuracy of their filling orders and shipping. A great help in our constant battle against the burgeoning pest population!

I was so skeptical after trying all the hose-end insect control (mosquito) sprays for around the house/yard. However, we had a very wet spring and the mosquitos were horrible! Even just going out to get into the car I would get bit at least 3 times! After the first application which I think was about 50% lower than recommended due to my own mixing error, bugs were gone for 4 weeks!!! The neighbors yard, still terrible! I'm outside after 7pm mowing the lawn without bug spray on me and not getting a single bit while the neighbor is next door slapping away! She couldn't believe the difference from my yard to hers and I have way more landscape plantings (hostas, daylillies, shrubs) to harbor the pesky insects. After about 4 weeks, I started to get bit a few times, so I reapplied and no more bugs. Four weeks without bugs and letting the kids play on the swingset and playground in the backyard without getting welts from being bit is wonderful! I'll be buying this every season.

In a backyard green was infested with up to 40 ant mounds. Tried Ortho Bug B Gon, Sevin, tobacco juice with liquid dish soap and had very poor results. One 15ml application of Bifen IT and voila complete success!

Ive had Crazy Raspberry Ants for about two years. In fact, my whole neighborhood has them. Billions of them. I've tried Termidor, Talstar, Demon WP and Cyper WP (same as Demon). I tried several different ant baits. All were effective in killing them. The dead ones were piling up like coffee grounds but they kept coming. I have a large barn and a house and driveways and sidewalks. The Crazies would surround the house and barn and walk crazy trails along the edges of the concrete. Thankfully, they didn't try to enter the structures but I figured they were just waiting for an opportunity. It was disturbing to see so many of them and nothing really deterred them. Then I tried Bifen IT. I bought the ¾ gallon size and I mixed 14 gallons (per the directions) at a time in a power sprayer – just like I did with the other insecticides. I sprayed about two feet up the exterior walls of my structures and about two to three feet out into the yard. I sprayed the ant trails along the edges of the driveways and sidewalks. There were billions of dead ones but the live Crazies left for about a month. Then they came back. I treated everything again and they left for about six weeks. Then they came back again. I just did another treatment today, it's August. I expect them to leave again but I figure they will come back eventually. But at least the Bifen IT gets rid of them for weeks at a time and it doesn't seem to be diluted too much by rain. I think they avoid the Bifen IT and just hang out in the yard where I can't see them but at least I get some relief from the pests. I've seen that colder weather makes them go dormant but they really go crazy when it's hot. The only thing they are good for is I no longer have any fire ants anywhere in my three acre yard. A University entomologist told me they would eventually move out of the area but it could take a few years.

I bought this Bifen in liquid for to spray around the house for ant and termites. Does an excellent job.

I have a quarterly exterminator to get rid of the bugs. It wasn't working. My neighbor bought some of this stuff and I tried it. We can now sit on our decks without any bugs for he first time. I am firing my exterminator at a savings of $360 a year. This stuff works. Inside and out. I had a party here with 30 people and they were so amazed about the bug free they all wanted the web site. I bought and gave the stuff for my neighbors on both sides just to make sure we were a bug free community. I ordered it on line and it came in two days.

I should have done a more thorough investigation, this pesticide can't be used around veggies. That's why I bought it. I was looking at Permethrin when a website suggested that Bifen was a good and more efficient alternative. So I bought a whole 3/4 gallon of the stuff and now can't use it. It really would have been nice if this website had noted on the product description that it's specifically not for use in veggie gardens.

This stuff is great. Was using the granular but this is great on the shrubs too. Really cuts down on misquitoes also. Easy to apply with hose spray bottle.

I seen a scorpion about a week ago and the same day i seen this product in the store so i got it mixed some up (way stronger than directions said to) and now about a week later i have seen and killed about 2 scorpions a day. the only thing that bifen it got rid of was 12 bucks from my wallet

Hi, Last year a friend of mine told me about this product and urged me to tryout some of his, which I did last year. I sprayed it on my dock, inside the boat house, to eliminate spiders and around the house to get rid of critters. It worked great and lasted at least 6 months. This product goes a long way due to the fact you only need 1+ ounces per gallon of water depending on your critter situation. This spring I purchased a case of the 3/4 gallon jugs which we shared with neighbors and friends. So far everyone agreed it works great. Happy debugging.

I had japaneese beatles real bad. The Bifen IT works. I admit, I have continued to sray my trees and plants regularly. If this washes off the leaves, the beatles are right back.

With all the information provided on this site I decided on Bifen IT and it was spot on. Seems to be working GREAT! I have no more problems with earwigs or spiders!

I have been using Bifen IT (Talstar) for more than five years. I friend of mine who was having problems with spiders and camel pack crickets shared his secret for their eradication. This is the same product that professional exterminators use for treating soil around new foundations for termites. It's the same product sold in the big box hardware stores in gallon containers with a spray attachment that you might pay upwards to $10 for. Put an ounce to the gallon of this concentrate into your home sprayer and save lots of money. Slightly diluted versions are great for house plants which become infested with pests.

I have been using the Bifen IT product to treat my home for a few years now and I don't see any live bugs in my home. The product seems to last longer than advertised. I only treat the inside of the house once per year and I treat the outside about every 6 months.

This is a great concentrate! It's the same active ingredient as a well known household bug spray concentrate that you buy at the department store. The well known brand is only .03% and this is 7.9% of bifenthrin. So do the math, it's a GREAT DEAL. And as always Do My Own is the best place to buy! Thanks for the great savings!

I purchased this to rid our yards of fleas and ticks. We live in a wooded area and have racoons, possums, and other critters spreading them around and our 3 dogs tend to pick them up. While perimeter spraying I decided to put a light spray on some fire ant mounds to see what it would do to them. I intentionally did not saturate them. The next morning all of the ants were dead. This was much better than the granules I had been using that often took several applications. I'll be back for more for sure!

Fantastic Product. Highly recommend to everyone. We have no more ants or roaches anywhere. Worked fabulous on the lawn to rid all lawn pests. My pets have no fleas or ticks. Just praying they don't take it off the market. Because it really works.
