I've used the Bifen IT in and around my Home, Office, and Camping Trailer, and it works as advertised. I got a Quart, so it should last the rest of this summer, but I'm sure I'll be ordering more for next year.

Haven't seen any springtails or ants since I have sprayed all the windows and around the outside of the house. Will definitely be using this every summer.

Using Bifen on the yard is a schedule we maintain due to its reliability of keeping the insects away. Using a hand garden sprayer with variable settings, we are able to do foundation, yard or gargen with little time spent at the project. We are as bug free as possible without taking the bugs on one at a time. Lumpiness could be improved, I have to remove sprayer screen to assure passage of Bifen to mix. Using commercial fellows, I find little trust with amounts used to do the job effectively.

the only downside to this is having to read the directions on how much to mix. (its alot to read) it all depends on what your spraying and where. follow it right and you cant beat it. cheap and effective. beats paying 29.99 a gallon at a local hardware store for a name brand that only works for a few days. this stuff works for awhile. just make sure you spray it with no rain for a few days. i used it mainly on carpenter ants in my hickory trees. has killed them and kept them off trees now for 4 weeks now. i also sprayed it around the perimeter of my house and havent seen any ants, bugs or spiders since.

We live by a lake in GA, and have a floating covered boat dock, and a pontoon boat. The first year, we had endless spider webs, in the roof structure of the dock, and in various corners of the boat's interior. Along with spiders, we got mud wasps, with their muddy mess all over the dock beams, and in many nooks and crannies in the boat. I bought Bifen IT, and sprayed liberally around both the dock and the boat. For the last two years, the spider webs and mud nests have been GONE!!. Since the spray is on the underside of the roof, it lasts virtually all summer. I do the dock only twice per year, and the boat about 4 times. With these results, I am now spraying the house, particularly under the eaves and porches, but also around doors, windows, and foundations with terrific results. AMAZING product, and highly recommended for general insect control.

This is the same chemical I buy in those hose end sprayers from the big box stores, except I can mix up a higher concentration than 0.03%. I used 1 oz per gallon of water and applied it using a Stihl backpack mist blower, and probably applied it too heavy. That was 5 days ago and the bugs are still croaking over, and that includes one good rainstorm since the application!! Only downside is that it did leave streaks on my house windows, but probably because I mixed a high ratio and applied it real heavy. I also mixed in 1 oz per gallon of ExciteR for some quick knockdown of the flying bugs, which worked fantastically by the way.

Have a terrible gnat problem down here in S. FL on the intercoastal. Sprayed 6 gallons of this through a mist blower and have seen the best results I've ever experienced on the gnats. My pool has a layer of dead gnats on it (thousands) and the little nasties haven't bitten me since I've sprayed. Only been a day, but the knockdown of this through the mist blower has been pretty incredible. Plenty of dead (larger) bugs showing up around the perimeter of the house as well. I'm only going to say that this product "works well", and not compare it to other chemicals I've tried; because, to be fair, this is my first application with a mist blower (so perhaps the other chemicals would have worked as well applied that way). However, this chemical is significantly less expensive than some of the other's I've used; and, given the volume that gets applied when using a motorized sprayer, it's a great value for doing my 1/2 acre lot. I'll update this review should I notice anything that I don't like (short residual, for example), but, right now (48 hours after spraying) this stuff seems pretty perfect; cheap, works fast and knockdown of pretty much every pest we've got.

We have used and compared Bifen IT, Masterline Bifenthrin (Univar product), and Talstar Bifenthrin. We find that Bifen IT is just as good at a considerable savings. The only thing we don't like is the product package. The other brands come in a bottle with the measuring cup built in. I dropped the rating by 1 star for this inconvenience. DoMyOwnPestControl has great shipping times and we are very happy with all items we have purchased here.

I'm always skeptical, but since my last review ("Verdict is not in yet"), I have seemed to notice that my backyard is not nearly as buggy as it was last year at this time. My neighbor and I (we're in townhouses) did another treatment today, and unlike last time, it's not supposed to rain any time soon, so the treatment will get to dry. Looking forward to a bug-free cookout next weekend!

2nd year using this. I spray about 2.5 acres of yard and the trees and shrubs around the edge. This stuff works. We are bug free for about 2 months after a spray.

5 stars out of 5 to eradicate stink bugs. Followed directions, not a "live" stink bug in 3 weeks. No unpleasant odor. Expect to spray again mid summer and again in the fall.

Bifen IT is almost odor free. You can use it and have a cookout the same afternoon. Doesn't stain carpet or flooring and I love the fact it is safe for pets and children. Our home is surrounded by wooded areas and spiders were a problem. After a couple of years of using Bifen, they are no longer seen. Also, I spray up under our gutters in corners and we don't get mud daubers anymore.

We had a bit of a Clover Mite infestation along the back wall of our yard. I had tried one of the insecticide concentrates you can buy at Lowe's, and they did nothing. Bifen killed them all and doesn't cost nearly as much as Tempo or some of the other products known for killing Clover Mites. Since it is a general insecticide, I found all kind of dead bugs back there so it must work well on everything.

We have lots of ivy around the perimeter of our yard, the ideal habitat for the tiny Asian Tiger mosquito. This creature lives under the ivy and bites me primarily on the legs. These bites itch for several days. Last year, at the recommendation of a local Do It Yourself Pest Control outlet, I bought Bifen I/T. Sprayed on the ivy and nearby bushes at the recommended 1 oz/gallon/1,000 sq. ft. rate it completely controls the ATs. I spray at about 8 week intervals. Bifen is available on the web for less than I paid.

The first spring in our new house brought with it tiny red bugs crawling all over our concrete patio in the back yard. I'd never seen this insect before, but Internet research revealed them to be clover mites. Mites? Ew. My husband found this website and bought the Bifen IT. The fact that it's Eco-friendly made me very happy, but even better was the fact that it worked! After one application, the mighty mites weren't so mighty, and as a bonus the small army of ants parading around under our feet disappeared as well. Now we use it once a month or so to keep all the nasty critters at bay. Thank you for such a great product!

Very quick delivery from DoMyOwnPestControl.com. Bifen IT works as described. We had a problem with mosquitoes until I spayed around the outside of the house with Bifen. The quart container has the measuring problem solved and is quick and mess-free. The only downside is that you can't keep a mixed supply on hand, you have to use it the same day. I recommend this product and the vendor.

Just moved to the country into a new house. Had spiders showing up all in the house. Mixed a gallon of Bifen IT, and within a day or so, the spiders and other bugs disappeared. The stuff works very well.

So glad to see the product working with dead pill bugs, slugs, and biting black beetles on the front porch. The mosquito population is way down also. Would purchase again.

I bought Bifen IT last year and my mosquito problem is over! I have tried many other products that were ineffective in killing mosquitoes. I live in NW Florida. I sprayed Bifen IT at 4 pm one day & at 8 pm I went outside and only saw one mosquito fly by me acting disoriented & confused! Before, if I went out at night, the skeeters would eat me alive. I spray Bifen IT on my home, fences, & trees, all around the borders of my property, creating a barrier. Bifen also kills ants, roaches, and fleas, which Florida seems to have so many of. I HIGHLY recommend Bifen IT to everyone!

Application works great!  Almost two months after first treatment and still finding dead or dying bugs of all kinds.  Planning on doing inside next.  This product WORKS!

Last year I bought Bifen at the local hardware store and paid $18 for 4 oz, needless to say this is much cheaper! I never knew about all the insects it killed till I read it on this website. My 3 neighbors and I went in on this purchase and sprayed our yards on the same day. I used a 15 g sprayer, 2-3 ozs per tank, yards varied from 3/4 to just under an acre, took roughly 3 tanks to complete the job. Majority of all the ants are gone, spot spray here and there (about 4 small mounds between all the yards) but pretty sure the ants were coming over from another neighbors yard. Very pleased about the purchase and the price!

This is the third season we've used Bifen IT and are completely satisfied. Bifen IT is the only product we have found which rids our outdoor living areas of all insects and spiders. It only takes a few minutes about once a month to spray our entire yard. Easy, inexpensive, and effective.

Based on the other reviews I will still give it the benefit of the doubt. I haven't noticed much of a difference after treatment and even saw bugs walking through the area where I treated just a day later. About 10 hours after I treated, it rained heavily, though I'm pretty sure everything had a chance to dry. I bought plenty of this stuff, so I'm going to give it another shot and do another review.

We live in southeast Texas literally ON the marsh. Bifen has been amazing in keeping the mosquitoes away. Stands up to our tough mosquitoes, even last through the rains!

I have found this to be the best all around outdoor insecticide for my home use. It has totally eliminated my backyard mosquito problem in the ivy. It also makes a great barrier stopping insects from coming into the home.

Bifen IT is worth a 5-star rating from me.  Nearly five years in the house in AZ where I've been treating only the exterior, roughly every 2-5 months, and have not seen much more than a cricket now and then.  VERY effective!

I have used Bifen for two years. I spray it around my house foundation and door/window entrances. Also use it in the house. It is very effective in preventing a bug problem.  It is not messy and is odor free.  I very much recommend it.
