Love that this product works as advertised. But the SMELL and the lingering ODOR of this product made both my Wife and myself sick. I had no idea that it's so strong smelling. And that it lingers for more than 1-2-3 days depending on the weather conditions. I will look elsewhere here for another product next time. I wasted money on it-I applied it 2X since I ordered it hoping that the second application wouldn't be as bad. I was wrong.

Tried it ..had to use everyday to kill milipeedes, increased strength daily still did not last. As soon as it dried it stopped working.. i do Not recommend this product. cheep Wasp spray lasted longer. Disappointed.

WE HAVE APPLIED THIS TO OUR LAWN 2, ONCE WITH THE NORMAL APPLICATIONS AND ONCE WITH THE DOUBLED APPLICATION AND WE STILL HAVE MOSQUITOS! WOULD NOT PURCHASE AGAIN

Two stars because the Bifen XTS and Permethrin were shipped together and the Bifen XTS was leaking and had pretty well soaked the package despite having been individually bagged in plastic. A lager box with some bubble wrap around each container would have provided the needed protection. The product(s) are great and work very well. The shipping is the only criticism.

Both bottles arrived with 1/4 inch of a solid solute on the bottom of each bottle lot # 25194. I did not notice it until after use of part of one bottle. It took a lot a shaking but only part of it would dissolve. It seems like I received some poorly stored product or a bad lot. The former shipment of the exact same product from DOMyOwnPestControl did not have any solute on the bottom throughout its complete 3 yr use. I only hope this product with chemical separation works as good as the previous. I hate mailing things back besides, I threw away the packaging and used part of a bottle before I noticed. Let's see if this review gets a response.

I purchased this product after a recommendation from a friend regarding red ants. I have applied it a couple times to date and find it a good product with good results so far. Will buy it again when needed...

First I thought, now I got the solution ???? no more fire ants in my yard........ well as I start treating these little evils ,the only thing happened that they moved just a bit away from the spot I sprayed.... Nothing can kill these Florida Fire Ants

Been trying to kill gnat which have decided my workshop is a great place to raise a family. Starting around 2012 I noticed the attackers which fly right into your face or just hang around waiting for their chance. I started with Hot Shot floggers, they liked it. had a Exterminator give me The Killer stuff. No help. Each year in September they start. I have used the inverted water bottles with vinegar in the bottom. Killed many. I have used many different sprays including Suspend Poly-zone. I started seeing results when I mixed suspend along with my propane fogger fluid and sprayed a heavy fog into the shop for over night. Looked like they were gone up until around 4:30 pm. then the came back. Sprayed again and again Morning and night. This is 7 years of this now. No plants, no food, only saws and tools. Thought this Bifen XTS sounded like just what I needed. I always wear a respirator and exit without a breath. This product does not leave a white fog like the rest. Had to re enter after a fogging and noticed it is very toxic without a mask. Thought for sure I had won, but, later the next day they attacked again but not as many. I have sprayed 5 times now. Have not had any attacks in 4 days now. but, not sure if it is the colder weather or if they are dead. Ask me again next September.

Chemical - great. Well established this stuff works! Marketing ploy about price is misleading and improper. DoMyOwn is negligent and uses a misleading title/practice to sell this product. Why don't they make it EASY to see cost per ounce/concentration of the product instead of making me do the math? A Lot easier to compare prices if they would do this.

This review is not on the quality of the product as that remains to be seen but it will be a review of the quality control/shipping process. The packaga arrived intact and apparently undamaged on the outside. The container however had leaked somehow inside the plastic bag. One of the caps was slighlty loose and the product leaked theough the protective foil barrier somehow. The two tops were taped together but the product degraded the tape into a sticky mess all over the bottle. Not a really big deal just a pain to clean up

This stuff is great for pest control. We use for exterior treatment and have used in low concentration (per label) to treat our lawn for insects once a summer. it really knocks down all the chiggers and mosquitos. I'm giving 3 stars because they have a new container design that is much worse. The old design (the one pictured) works great. You can uncap the measuring side, squeeze to get the right amount, then dump in. I can't figure out how measuring with the new container works. Squeezing does nothing and pouring just starts dumping the entire container contents. I ended up spilling a fair amount on the ground. Fortunately, I kept my previous container poured what remained into that.

I purchased this product to keep Clover Mites from entering condominiums in Northern Wisconsin in the fall. I spray a three foot perimeter in the lawn as well as three feet of the exterior walls and we have never had a problem since with bi-monthly applications. I've also noticed a collection of Earwigs and other small and even some flying insects on calm nights. I like the product a lot and so do our residents! Thank-You!

Used mixture to rid black sooty mold (bug fecus) and pink scale. Seems to be working so far. With rain nearly every day, may need second application.

Good product same as local termite control people saved myself alot of money did it myself followed instructions all is good will repeat in 5 yrs.need to do some foam application in future will purchase again

Since the banned product "Mirex" was removed from the market, I have been very dissatisfied with almost everything I tried on "Fire Ants". This product seems to be working better than anything I have tried in a long tome. After I've used it for a year I'll know better.

I bought this for fire ant control. It is November so it is the wrong time of year for a thorough test of long term control. I have used it on mounds for spot control and it works very well. My hope is that it will work around perimeter of home and on lawn for long term control and prevention. Next Spring will be the real test.

This product has worked well for me here in FL. It does have a pretty strong odor when applied so I do not use it indoors. Best for perimeter spraying and targeting bugs outdoors. Do not leave mixed solution in a sprayer as it will gum up the nozzle. Mix and use only what you are going to use immediately. Clean sprayer completely after use.

Began to work immediately. one thing I did not realize is that even though it says great for water resistance it also breaks down under ultra violet/sunlight. Would the Bifen IT have been better to get a longer life??

All insecticides will break down in UV rays. Bifen IT is no exception. You can expect about a 4 week residual outdoors with most insecticides. Please let us know if you have any other questions. We are always happy to help!

Immediate results on mosquitos, yellow jackets, and all the pesky bugs in my yard. The effectiveness of the product seems to lasts at least 30 days.

This is a great product and a great price. I had a very bad problem with fleas had my yard sprayed by a professional he had to come back several times and I still had the problem , this product was recommended to me by my daughter who had had the same problem a couple of years ago and she had her sprayed by professionals also which didn't work . Since I have been using this is have saved money by doing it my self.

Killed a lot of fire ants, had to reapply a week later to catch a few new hills but there were a lot of hills on property, not unexpected. Much better than any else used in past.

"Simple" mixing instructions would be nice. I finally settled on 1/3 to 1/2 oz per gallon. Seems to be working on my spider problem.

I use this product for fire ant treatment on our turf grass. I use two applications per year, one in the early spring & one in the early fall. Only have to spot treat a few fire ant hills during the year. Relatively economic fire ant control.
