I bought this to treat a house my grand daughter lives in for termites it works great and also kill spiders and ant. the house next door had a load of mush brought in and it had fire ants in it. I got a bounce of ant mounds and I put Bifen XTS on all the mounds killed them out but I know I will get more from next door so I will get rid of them again if I do.

I bought this to kill fire ants and aphids on Roses. Does the job. Does have an odor when mixed. Mixes easily with cold water and sprays well in sprayer. Definitely will buy again.

After using several different type of granular products to treat for cinch bugs and fire ants I decided to use Bifen XTS. IT is more expensive but it works.

Direction for use on ants is Perfect. I sprayed at lest 80 mounds of fire ants and it kills quickly and completely.

This product is 3 x as concentrated as the stuff at tractor supply. Expensive but better value when compared to the more dilute products.

I'm ridiculously terrified of spiders. This stuff kills them. Love it! It kills every other bug too, but my biggest concern was the spiders.

Product got spilled a little in shipping but the company made things right by substituting what was missing with a quart overall the experience is well worth it. Will definitely use again.

We were infested with millipedes this year and we're about to call the bug guy !! Thankfully I found Bifen xts at someone.This product works gr3at and saved me a lot of money!!

A family member who did considerable research in the past recommended bifen xts to me for a carpenter ant problem I was having. I used a small amount initially, about 150mL of the product on a small yard using a hose end sprayer. I focused on the building perimeter but got a uniform coverage on the rest of the yard. Amazing results! Ants are gone and most of the other pests are gone as well. Even the mosquitos seem to be on vacation. Wonderful Product

Easy to use and mix. Glad I can get the same stuff pros use and DIY costs. Only time will how well this stuff works.

Had a real problem wth with tiny ants, was paying a professional to spray my yard...the ants remained! I purchased the Bifen XTS and sprayed the yard myself and haven't seen any ants in three months...great stuff!

Excellent price for a very good quality product. The higher concentration uses only 10ml per gallon for inside use and is pet people friendly.

I ordered this product to apply to the perimeter of my doors and windows and along the perimeter of my house. So far after about three weeks i believe that this has done the job as i haven't seen any stink bugs inside my house. I should be able to have this for a couple of years (if not longer) and it will save me a ton of money doing it on my own (no pun intended), rather than have someone come out and do the same thing, using the same product. Also, I live on a well and septic system and did avoid spraying near both (just in case). I gave it 5 stars for now and will now have to wait until early spring to reapply as I live in the great lakes area and I don't think i could reapply this after my initial application. I'll adjust this rating if need be in the future. But for now I was able to purchase this and a backpack sprayer for much less than the cost of hiring out this maintenance work.

I have been using BifenXTS for a couple of years now to con=mbat the yearly infestation of Spotted LanternFly in my are which is Southeast Pennsylvania. I spray it on the trunks of all my trees and the abilty of this pest to climb the tree truck is 100% thwarted. It's amazing to see a LaternFly land on the truck and immediately jump off and later die. Bifen also prevents other pests including those on my Crab Apple Tree and Spruce Trees. Mosquito population has also been reduced at my home. I highly recommend this product. It's the same stuff used by my previous pest control pro and I save quite a bit doing it myself.

I've been using XTS for over 5 years. It goes a long way and is very effective. I just bought another bottle and will continue to do so. Good stuff at a good price.
