For a multi-trunk tree, you would add together the circumference of each trunk at breast height to get the total measurement for that tree.

Tempo SC Ultra is labeled for bagworms and will be effective for them up until they form the bags. Once the bags have formed, there is little you can do for control other than to physically remove them.
