Had bag worms on my techny and emerald green arborvitae and on blue spruces about 8 years ago. Applied this product annually and had none for years. Stopped using about 3 years ago and have bag worms again this year on about 10% of my trees. Much more effective than Melathion and does not have to be applied more than annually (probably less often ok). Great product.

I have used the product for a couple of years but the concentrated formula is hard to find locally. I called customer service and asked about it freezing in transit. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem. I ordered it on line and two days later it arrived between snow storms. Customer service sent it express mail! Outstanding service!
