    Would Bio Advanced 3-in-1 Insect Disease & Mite Control Concentrate be harmful to hummingbirds?
    They seem to seek shade in a double hibiscus bush and periodically try to extract nectar from the blooms.

    Bio Advanced 3-in-1 Insect Disease & Mite Control Concentrate would not harm birds when used as directed.  It is recommended to apply when they are not in the area and there is enough time for treatment areas to dry before they are.

    Does Bio Advanced 3-in-1 Insect Disease & Mite Control kill spotted lanternflies?

    There are no products known labeled for lanternfly control, including Bio Advanced 3-in-1 Insect Disease & Mite Control Concentrate. Spotted Lantern Fly is an invasive pest only found in certain areas of Pennsylvania right now. Penn State Extension has set up an entire website to help track and control this pest.     After dried, will Bio Advanced 3-in-1 Insect Disease & Mite Control Concentrate still be effective for aphids?

    Yes, Bio Advanced 3-in-1 Insect Disease & Mite Control Concentrate contains imidacloprid which is a systemic that is absorbed by the plant and will continue to kill for up to 30 days those that feed on the treated plant.

    I have lace bugs on my azaleas. Can I apply Bio Advanced 3-in-1 Insect Disease & Mite Control Concentrate now in August or should I wait ?

    Bio Advanced 3-in-1 Insect Disease & Mite Control Concentrate should be applied when the insect first appears. We would recommend a systemic drench such as Fertilome Tree and Shrub Systemic Insect Drench  at 3 oz per height of the shrub and Talstar P for a foliar application at 0.5-1 fl oz per gallon of water for lacebugs now.

    Will applying Bio Advanced 3-in-1 Insect, Disease and Mite control help control volutella leaf blight on pachysandra?
    I don't see the volutella as a listed disease. Thanks

    Bio Advanced 3-in-1 Insect Disease and Mite Control is labeled for use on ground covers, however it does not list leaf blight or volutella, specifically. Southern Ag Liquid Copper Fungicide is labeled specifically to control volutella leaf blight on pachysandra. This article also has great information about the life cycle of this disease and cultural control methods.

    I have a serious spider mite infestation on two boxwood shrubs. Can I use Bio Advanced 3-in-1?
    It's the end of September, and the night temperatures are currently hovering around 50 deg. Should I start this treatment right away, or should I wait to start until the spring? Thank you.

    Bio Advanced 3-in-1 Insect Disease & Mite Control Concentrate states on the product label: To prevent insect, mite, or disease infestations or control them when they first appear.  Apply prior to plants blooming or after petal fall is complete.  If you already have an infestation it would be best to treat with something like Bifen IT as a foliar application

    I have left over 3 in 1 and would like to use it in the spring. Will an opened container be effective after winter storage and how should it be stored?
