    Is Bonide All Seasons Horticultural and Dormant Spray Oil safe use around honey bees?
    A

    Bonide All Seasons Horticultural and Dormant Spray Oil Ready - To - Spray won't harm honey bees unless applied directly to flowers during the time of day that bees are foraging. Applications should be made when honey bees are less likely to contact the treated area while wet.

    Can you use Bonide All Seasons Horticultural and Dormant Spray Oil for Japanese beetles on my rose bushes?

    Bonide All Seasons Horticultural and Dormant Spray Oil Ready - To - Spray is not specifically labeled to treat for Japanese beetles. It only list beetle larvae not adult beetles.

    Can Bonide All Seasons Horticultural and Dormant Spray Oil Ready-To-Use be used after blossom and fruit is present?

    Bonide All Seasons Horticultural and Dormant Spray Oil Ready-To-Use is safe to use at almost any time of year. We do not recommend applying when trees are in full bloom to reduce risk to pollinators. You can view the full directions for different plants on the product label here

    How do you use control knob on the Bonide All Seasons Horticultural and Dormant Spray Oil RTS? The control knob has 3 indicators; Off, Water, and On. The instructions are confusing as it says "turn to water", so what does turning the knob to "on" do? Will the spray oil come out when the knob is on "water" or "On" ?

    The knob on the Bonide All Seasons Horticultural and Dormant Spray Oil Ready-To-Spray.should be turned to the “ON” position per the product label instructions beginning on page 4.

    HOW TO USE READY-TO-SPRAY CONTAINER

    1. Shake container thoroughly, then attach to garden hose.
    2. Turn on water supply at the source. Water pressure will build in hose since the sprayer is already in the "OFF" position.
    3. To apply product, bend safety tab and turn the control valve clockwise to the "ON" position.
    4. When spraying is complete, turn the control valve back (counterclockwise). Turn the water off. Disconnect hose from applicator and store product in original container.

    About how many applications will the 32 oz RTS of Bonide All Seasons Horticultural Spray Oil do?

    Unfortunately there is no set square footage of how much the Bonide All Seasons Horticultural and Dormant Spray Oil Ready-To-Spray will cover. We would recommend contacting Bonide directly for specific information for your application. Bonide can be reached at 315-736-8231

    To give an idea, the Cconcentrate form, Bonide All Seasons Horticultural Spray Oil will make 4-12 gallons of mixed solution when mixed at a 2-7% solution (2.5 to 8 fl oz per gallon) depending on the target insect you are treating for. 



    2 1/2 - 8 oz per gallon of water for a 2 - 7% Oil Solution

     Bonide All Seasons Horticultural Spray Oil will make approx. 4 - 12 gallons when mixed at a 2 - 7% Oil Solution.
