    Will Bonide Eight Flower & Vegetable Soil Insect Granules kill worms like earthworms and grub worms?
    I would like to get rid of grub worms but keep the earthworms. What does this product do to these 2 types of insects?

    Bonide Eight Flower & Vegetable Soil Insect Granules does have an insecticide in it so it does have the potential to harm beneficial insects, such as earthworms.

    can this product be applied to areas when vegetables are growing underground,specifically beets?

    Bonide Eight Flower & Vegetable Soil Insect Granules is not labeled to be used on soil that will be used for growing beets so we cannot recommend you use it there even if the beets have not emerged just yet.

    Does the treated area need to be watered after applying Bonide Eight Flower & Vegetable Soil Insect Granules?

    Yes, Bonide Eight Flower & Vegetable Soil Insect Granules does need to be watered in after an application. The product needs to be uniformly spread across the lawn. For the best use and to prevent future damage, treat the entire lawn, not just the browned areas if there are any.

    How long after spreading Bonide Eight Flower & Vegetable Soil Insect Granules can you allow your pet on the treated lawn areas?

    As long as you keep pets/children out of the area while you treat and until the Bonide Eight Flower & Vegetable Soil Insect Granules application and watering in has had time to completely dry or settle it is safe for pets and people to return and resume normal activity. Always be sure to follow the product label instructions. Typically after 4-6 hours
