Hot Pepper Wax - Deer Repellant
By Anonymous on 08/09/2013
The directions say that you should apply every 3 - 7 days for the first 2 - 3 weeks and then less frequently. We have, I think, very hungry and persistent deer. It needs to be sprayed more frequently. Sometimes I augment the spray with Chinese Hot pepper spray from the Asian market. The combination is excellent.

Bonide Hot Pepper Wax Animal Repellant RTU
By Samuel on 02/08/2017
My problem with the squirrels eating away at my house, has subsided for now. I ordered this product because the noise of them gnawing on my house, and trying to get in was aggravating. The pellet rifle was doing the job when I was around, but I had to leave. When I saw the article on this product, I prayed that it would perform just as stated in the ad. When the package arrived I went to work and sprayed every gable of my house where they were chewing. The next day I did not here or see any movement around the effected areas. My only regret is that the bottle that I purchased was not large enough for me to totally saturate the wood all around. I do plan on ordering more to keep on hand, so that once the repairs are made, I will have enough to take care of, and prevent the little demons from returning. Thank you for making this repellent just for me and others like me who are at whits end trying to deter these pesky critters. Chicken wire or expanded metal will help on the inside, but the outside really catches H___. Problem solved for now. Please watch for my next order soon, Thank You!!!

Like the product but need better squirting bottle
By Bstexas on 04/16/2017
I am combating squirrels that chew on the rough cedar trim on the gable ends of my home. I like the product but not the squirt bottle which will not shoot a stream to reach all of the chew spots. Therefore, I have bought an empty 32 oz. bottle from the local hardware store that is capable of shooting a stream over 20 ft. and transferred the Bonide Hot Pepper Wax animal Repellent.
